Provider Access and Choice

Our comprehensive network includes both private practice and retail store providers across the country. In fact, your current eye doctor may already be a member in our network, meaning you can enjoy the greatest cost savings without making any care changes.

If you don’t already have an eye doctor, or if your current doctor is not a network member, you may still choose to get your eye care outside of our networks. Just know that your out-of-pocket costs may be higher.

This choice gives you the greatest flexibility in selecting an eye doctor who meets your lifestyle, eye care and eye wear needs.

Convenient Customer Service

Our superior customer service is available when you need it. Representatives are available by phone at 1-800-657-8205. And at www.myuhcvision.com you have 24/7 access to your vision insurance information, your claim status and helpful vision information.
